The purpose of this page is to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Allow field officers to search for and identify customers<\/strong> by account number, name, or phone number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Record cash deposits<\/strong> collected from customers in the field, including full depositor details, deposit type, and amount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Queue transactions for back-office authorisation<\/strong> before they are posted to customer accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Maintain a clear table of all pending field deposits<\/strong> for the current date per mobiliser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Support bulk data upload from Excel<\/strong> for high-volume deposit collection scenarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Step 1 \u2014 Navigate to Field Mobilization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Open the Backoffice<\/strong> module. From the left-hand menu, navigate to and click on Field Mobilization<\/strong>. The main page will load, displaying a customer search bar and a table ready to show results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 2 \u2014 Search for a Customer<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the\u00a0Search Customer<\/strong>\u00a0box, type the customer’s account number, name, or phone number. The table filters live to show matching results. Click the\u00a0Select<\/strong>\u00a0button on the correct row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3 \u2014 Open the Deposit Form<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To record a\u00a0new<\/strong>\u00a0deposit, click the orange\u00a0“Add Field Mobilization”<\/strong>\u00a0button (top right). Or, clicking\u00a0Select<\/strong>\u00a0from the search table opens the form pre-filled with that customer’s account info.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 4 \u2014 Fill in Transaction Details<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0Auto-filled (read-only): Transaction Date, Transfer Ref., Account No., Account Name, Account Balance, Branch Name, Account Type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must fill in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If Deposit Type = Self<\/strong>, the system auto-fills ID, phone, and address from the customer record. For Third Party<\/strong>, these must be entered manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below the form, a table shows all deposits already recorded for this mobiliser today (Account No, Account Name, Account Type, Deposit By, Amount). Click\u00a0SELECT<\/strong>\u00a0on any row to recall and review it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 6 \u2014 Save the Deposit<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click\u00a0Save<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192 a confirmation dialog appears \u2192 click\u00a0Confirm<\/strong>. The deposit is saved as\u00a0pending<\/strong>\u00a0and awaits back-office authorisation. Click\u00a0Reset<\/strong>\u00a0to clear the form without saving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 7 \u2014 Upload Data from Excel (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00a0Click\u00a0“Upload Data from Excel”<\/strong>\u00a0to bulk-import multiple transactions from a spreadsheet. Accept the preview, then upload your file in the Data Upload dialog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 8 \u2014 View Product List (Optional)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click\u00a0“View Product List”<\/strong>\u00a0to see all account product codes and types for reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
